Our team captain Nic led the group in a juicy yoga flow, and then our Nutritionist Laura chatted about all things hormones! There was also multiple teas poured, goodie bags given out and tasty bliss balls to be enjoyed as well.

Ingredients:

1 cup pitted dates (medjool dates are best – but regular are still great!)

1 and 1/4 cup walnuts OR almonds OR cashews

1 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 cup LSA (linseed, sunflower and almond meal)

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp shredded coconut

1 tbsp coconut oil

1/4 cup tahini

Juice of half a lemon

To roll: chia seeds, coconut, cacao powder etc (whatever you prefer)

Method:

Pop your dates in a bowl and top with hot water. Leave to soak for 10-15mins then strain.

Blend together walnuts, turmeric, LSA, chia seeds and coconut in food processor until walnuts are roughly chopped and mixture is combined. Pour into a bowl and set aside.

Pop drained dates, tahini, coconut oil and lemon juice into the food processor and blend until ingredients are a smooth paste.

Add back the walnut mix to the food processor and blend until it’s all combined.

Take a spoonful of the mixture and roll into a ball. Take the ball and roll it into your preferred topping.

Repeat with remaining mix.

Store in fridge or freezer until ready to eat.
