Spring is in the air and it’s time to refresh!

Spring is here and it’s time to leave winter behind. This detox smoothie could be just what you need for a refreshing zap of energy. Loaded with greens and healthy fats, this is your ticket to a healthy gut and liver! Step into the warmer weather with this delicious smoothie recipe.

Prep Time 10 mins


  • 1 small green apple, diced and frozen
  • 1 zucchini, diced and frozen
  • 1/4 avocado, diced and frozen
  • 1 cup mixed greens like broccoli florets, watercress, beetroot greens, silverbeet, kale or spinach
  • 1/4 cup coriander or parsley (or both!)
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, ground
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cups coconut water


  1. Place all ingredients into the blender in the ordered list. Blitz on high for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into two glasses to serve. Enjoy!
