What is Hypnotherapy?

My Role as Your Practitioner
As a Strategic Psychotherapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I work with you to identify the patterns you run that no longer serve you. Once we work out your patterns, I use focused suggestions to help you find newer, more useful ways of doing things. You’ll begin to notice simple changes, such as a new ability to notice your anxiety arising and then gently allow it to dissipate.
